Thank you for signing the pledge and committing your organisation to making positive change on inclusive behaviours. In the below section we have included the first Five Step Guide to Improving Inclusive Behaviours, commissioned by the market-wide steering group, Inclusion@Lloyd’s. This sets out recommended actions to enable change after signing the pledge, making our industry an inclusive and culturally diverse one, fit for the future for both our customers and our talent.
